Condensate Tank

Condensate tanks are used in steam boiler systems to store boiler feed water and to collect condensate returning from condensate lines.

    Material & Durability:
Manufactured from ST37 quality carbon steel (optionally stainless steel) and coated with corrosion-resistant paint.

    Thermal Insulation:
Insulated with rock wool at a density of 80 kg/m³ and a thickness of 50 mm, covered with galvanized or aluminum sheets.

    Heating:
The boiler feed water temperature can be increased by adding a heating coil to the condensate tank.

    Level Control:
The tank is equipped with level control instruments.

    Capacity:
Manufactured in capacities ranging from 1 to 50 m³.

    The Biotherm Difference:
By prioritizing engineering excellence in condensate tanks, Biotherm manages project design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning processes under one roof, delivering turnkey solutions to its customers.
