In steam boiler systems, dissolved oxygen and corrosive gases in water can cause serious damage to the boiler. Deaerator tanks eliminate these dissolved oxygen and gases by means of the deaeration process.

System Structure:
The deaerator system consists of a deaerator tank and a deaerator dome.

Deaerator Tank:
Manufactured from ST37 carbon steel; insulated with rock wool at a density of 80 kg/m³ and a thickness of 50 mm, covered with galvanized or aluminum sheets.

Deaerator Dome:
Manufactured from stainless steel; insulated with rock wool at a density of 80 kg/m³ and a thickness of 50 mm, covered with galvanized or aluminum sheets.

Capacity:
Manufactured in capacities ranging from 4 to 50 m³.
